RoomKeyPMS is excited to announce the hiring of another Customer Support team member, Katie Knight, who is an expert in luxury hotel brands.
Recently relocated from Australia, Katie worked as a Reservations Agent and then Systems Coordinator at the luxury hotel brand Spicers Retreats, a RoomKeyPMS client. While in this role, Katie implemented and maintained all aspects of technology and rates, including PMS, OBE, Channel Manager, RMS, Livechat and OTA’s, and provided training and support to her team members. Prior to this in-depth role, Katie had even more relevant experience as a Training, Support and Implementation Specialist at Newbook PMS, where she was responsible for setting up property databases and integrations, as well as system training and ongoing support with clients.
In her new role as a Client Support Specialist at RoomKeyPMS, Katie will use her previous PMS and luxury industry experience, as well as her knowledge of the RoomKeyPMS tool, to support active clients and new implementations.
