William Tam has been with RoomKeyPMS since 2014. After his success in the Customer Support department, he joined the Training & Implementation team and is now our Director of Customer Experience.
William holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Hotel Management from Royal Roads University and has over 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. His primary focus was in the Front Office division for many luxury hotel chains, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. William has successfully on-boarded over 100+ hotels worldwide.
William enjoys travelling for onsite training overseas and recently had the opportunity to onboard a chain of hotels across Thailand while enjoying the delicious street food the country has to offer. During his downtime, William enjoys staying active outdoors, hiking the Squamish Chief, travelling and experiencing new cultures, and has an interest in health and fitness. When in Vancouver, he can be found dining at his favourite Belgian restaurant, Chambar.
