With a deep background in finance and operations, Jon specializes in helping technology companies scale effectively. He works closely with leadership teams to ensure they have the resources and strategy needed to solve problems for their customers.

For Jon, it’s about building resilient businesses that can stay ahead of the industries they serve. A graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), Jon brings that same team spirit to his professional life. Based in Birmingham, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys staying active in his local community.

Luis Cabral leads the development team behind the RoomKey platform. He earned his Computer Science degree in Brazil and spent the early part of his career as a developer and software entrepreneur before relocating to Vancouver and joining RoomKey in 2014.

In the decade since, Luis has worked across every layer of the product, from core property management workflows to the integrations that connect hotels with payments, channels, and guest-facing services. His global perspective and deep technical roots shape how he builds the tools hoteliers use every day. Today, Luis is focused on building a platform that is stable, secure, and built to evolve with the needs of independent hotels.

William Tam is the Director of Customer Experience at RoomKeyPMS, where he leads initiatives focused on customer success, onboarding excellence, and long-term customer value. Since joining the company in 2014, he has played a key role in shaping the end-to-end customer lifecycle, bridging support, implementation, and product development to deliver a more seamless and scalable experience.

William holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hotel Management from Royal Roads University and brings over a decade of hospitality experience, with a strong foundation in Front Office operations. He began his career with leading luxury brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where he developed a deep understanding of service excellence and guest expectations.

He has led the successful onboarding of more than 100 hotels worldwide, partnering closely with ownership groups and property teams to ensure smooth implementations and long-term success.

Based in Vancouver on British Columbia’s West Coast, William enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking local trails with his dog, travelling, and exploring new cultures. He has a strong appreciation for good food and can often be found discovering new restaurants or revisiting local favorites.

Originally from France, Margaux moved to Canada more than 12 years ago, bringing a rich multicultural perspective to her work. Fluent in both French and English, she has a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful, lasting relationships.

Margaux spent many years as a RoomKeyPMS Account Manager, partnering closely with clients to scale their operations and maximize their system's potential. Today, as Sales Manager, she continues to support her team and customers with a practical, client-focused approach rooted in deep product expertise.

Outside of work, Margaux enjoys exploring the natural beauty of British Columbia with her family and young children. She also takes pride in sharing her French heritage at home, especially through weekly cooking sessions, where crêpes and other traditional treats are always on the menu.

Michael Brkich has spent the last two decades in sales, beginning his career in radio advertising before transitioning into the cloud-based software space. For the past 12 years, he has focused on helping hoteliers transition their operations to RoomKeyPMS.

Michael’s experience ranges from helping independent owners implement their first management system to working with large-scale enterprise properties. He views his role as a partnership, focused on finding the specific solutions that help a property run more efficiently.

Before moving into sales, Michael’s background was on the soccer pitch. He represented the Canadian National Team, played at the NCAA collegiate level, and spent several years playing professionally in Europe. Today, he applies that same dedication and team-oriented mindset to assisting hoteliers in their search for the right technology.
