8 months ago we launched a program that we knew would have a significant impact on how our clients received support for their day to day questions, we called this RoomKeyPMS Smart Support.
As great as RoomKeyPMS Smart Support has been, we still knew there were additional opportunities available to further enhance our overall service levels and provide quick and efficient support to our clients. The idea of RoomKeyPMS Live Chat was born. Our clients now have the ability to engage someone from the RoomKeyPMS Support team with the click of a button. No problem, we’ve given you the ability to take a screenshot directly through the chat program itself so we can see what you’re seeing!

One of the strengths that the team at RoomKeyPMS has is that we’ve all come up from the hotel industry so we know what the day to day issues and challenges are. One of the major challenges is communication and with the new Log Book + enhancement, we think we’ve finally resolved it! Log Book not only embeds your front office log book into RoomKeyPMS but it also allows you to send messages back and forth to other RoomKeyPMS users and allows you to create/assign tasks. Daily routine items like morning checklists can be created inside RoomKeyPMS so everyone is working off the same list. The best part about all of this is that you can tell who has and hasn’t read their messages! We highly recommend that you take advantage of this amazing new tool and adopt it into your every day routine!
