Located in Providence’s Downcity historic district, The Dean Hotel is a 52-room Boutique and Limited Service hotel in Rhode Island. They had a property management tool in place which was very unstable and problematic, with frequent system interruptions and data corruption issues.

The Dean Hotel needed a better, more stable way of managing guest data and reservations, running accurate reports, and interfacing to third parties and online travel agencies (OTAs) or global distribution systems (GDSs).
