The RoomKeyPMS first annual client Co-Design Summit is over, thank you to all the hoteliers globally who joined us here in Vancouver for this amazing two-day interactive event! Based on the fundamentals created by IDEO, an award-winning global design firm that takes a human-centered, design-based approach. RoomKeyPMS’s Co-Design Summit brought some of our most important customers together for two days of product discussion, and the creation of a technology and development priority plan, that we “ideated” in partnership. Facilitated by the world class Alex Wray of Wray Group, all participants including RoomKeyPMS staff learned a lot, identified areas to transform and drive different results for our company and most importantly, our clients.
