We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and qualifying them for the sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns that engage potential customers and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and social media.
- Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach channels to determine their fit and interest in our products and services.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team to further develop qualified leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns that engage potential customers.
- Use CRM and other sales tools to manage lead pipelines and track progress.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies.
- Participate in sales and marketing meetings to share insights and collaborate on lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage potential customers.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
