“Introducing RoomKey’s New Branding”

Every once in a while, even the best hotel or property needs a wee sprucing up, maybe the addition of a few new services to make their current loyal guests even happier, and to continue to attract new guests.

Well your PMS company is no different. RoomKeyPMS has updated before (we have after all been in business for decades). The last big one was to reflect our move into the cloud over 10 years ago (yes we saw the many benefits of being web-based VERY early on). But being cloud-based is table stakes today and there are other new things we wanted to focus on to help you drive occupancy and ADR by competing more effectively in today’s complex online hospitality ecosystem.

Don’t worry, you’ll still have one of the easiest-to-use yet robust PMS’s at the core of everything. But as hoteliers ourselves, we’ve seen the many changes in distribution that have made your job of acquiring today’s ‘connected traveller’ intensely competitive, and mostly online.

We don’t think it’s enough for your PMS company to just help guests once you have them; it should help you acquire them in the first place!

So starting June 25 you’ll see a new, updated brand look for RoomKey. While the RoomKeyPMS brand name remains unchanged, we’ve updated our logo. We’ve added a new tagline — More Guests. Better Managed. that reflects our increased focus and commitment to helping you master the complexities of online guest acquisition, and the heritage of a great PMS to manage them once they’re engaged with you.

But the changes you’ll see aren’t just ‘cosmetic’. All the changes we’ve made to our brand look and our products and services are about helping customers more effectively identify, acquire, grow and retain customers! And not just BEST Guests! It takes about the same amount of resources to target and speak to great customers as bad. More than anything, it requires a different mindset, and experience with how and where to look for them, and what to say. We have everything necessary to help you succeed

Here’s what you’ll notice with RoomKey:

  • Totally updated and restructured website. More services, same resources for existing customers.
  • A new suite of online marketing products and services including:

  • Internet marketing
  • E-mail marketing
  • Social media
  • Added reporting and guest data insight so we can begin to help you tell “The Best” from “The Rest”.



So, on the one hand, nothing’s changed; you still have one of the best PMS’s on the market at the core of your hotel’s operation. On the other hand though, everything’s changed… just like the complex and competitive market you operate in every day!
The good news is, we understand this new online market because we’ve been in it since the cloud appeared.
